Lilac, let your sprig be a miracle.

Hello lovelies!

Today's notd is this really pretty lilac from Barry M called Berry I/C. I love this colour its such a lovely pastel which adds that tiny pop of colour. I wore this constantly last summer and I still can get enough of it now. I don't own many pastel shades so I shall have to invest some more for when spring rolls around.

Hope your all having a lovely day!

If I had all the money in the world

After spending many hours browsing Topshop lately here are a few things that have caught my eye and need to be in my wardrobe.

1- I've been stuck in a rut buying black white and grey tops and jumpers over the last few months, and this bright coral/ redish jumper is exactly what I need for heading into spring and bringing some colour back in to my life!

2- Black skinny jeans are my most worn and loved item. Lately I've been on the hunt for some good high waisted skinny jeans and I think the Joni Jean maybe my ideal ones, I shall have to pop instore and try a pair one!

3- I love painting my nails, having different colours and doing a lil' bit of nail art, but I hate taking it off. I am more than happy to pick my polish of within every inch of its life which is probably seriously bad for your nails however I saw this and immediately thought I need to try it. Also the vibrant blue just looks so pretty!

4- I'm really getting into wearing more statement necklaces and I stumbled across this mini men chain necklace I just think it would be a cute piece to throw over anything especially this jumper.

5- I love a good black boot, I throw mine on with everything. I have fallen for the KATZ cut out strap shoe,  I didn't initially get into the whole cut out shoe really but I've seen these and my mind has been swayed and I need these. Why beautiful shoes do you need to be £75!

What have your been lusting over lately?

Hope your all having a lovely week!

Black and White

Hello Lovelies,

Yesterday I went on a little lunch date with my friend and also went to see I give it a year, and I must say I was crying with laughter! I love a good rom com and this is worth a watch . I decided to put on these leather shorts, I got them back in December from the clothes show from Oh My Love. I absolutely love them but I've been finding it tricky what to team with them, I want to wear them more but wondering what I can wear with them whilst the weathers like this. Whilst it is still a bit chilly out side I've put on this chuncky jumper from H&M which I'm slowly wearing to death. I've found my self wearing alot of black white and grey lately probably due to the miserable cold weather but I'm glad black and white and the 60's is in this season simplistic yet stylish. I also have on my bargain necklace buy from Primark I love this necklace its so easy to just chuck on with any outfit and give it a bit more of an edge. On my lips I just have Kate moss burgundy lipstick in 107 I can't get enough of this lipstick, it has been one of my winter favourites! Finally to add a little bit of colour i have my neon polish from models own in Hedonist.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

A Little Look At My Week #5

Hello Lovelies,

Here a few things I've snapped over the last week or so,

Organised and reduced all my products on my draws, its looking very tidy! Finally able to have a decent length fishtail plait, Even though I shouldn't be buying stuff who can say no to a Khaki shirt for a fiver, bargain!
Buying children's vitamins as I'm a wuss with taking tablets.. My new cover and little homely bits. My home made cushion.
I have so many little memories around my mirror, Looking through old sketch books at my work. I made my first ever pancake, and it was rather scrummy!

Hope your all having a lovely day!

Soap and Glory Hot Cloth Cleanser Review

Hello beauts,

I was in two minds about hot cloth cleansers debating if it would actually work or was it all hype. I've wanted to try the Liz Earle one for a while to see but spotted this in boots on offer for £8 (I think its about £10 originally) so I thought lets give this ago and see if they work. I've been a lover of soap and glory body section for a while so was quite excited to try their skincare!
The Cleanser is really creamy and gentle on the skin, it feels really nourishing on your face and that its actually scrubbing the days make up and dirt off your skin. The cleanser has panthenol, sweet almond, orange and lavender oils, I'm not a huge fan of lavender but in this it smells quite nice mixed with the other ingredients. After you've wiped away the cream in warm water with the muslin cloth you get free with it, your skin is left feeling so soft, smooth and very cleansed. I think It has actually helped a little with keeping my spots under control. It has become a staple in my night time cleansing routine, I can't imagine not using it now, but as I have the tiniest bit left I'm not using it as often my face has seemed to irrupted with them, need to have a wonder over to boots before work and get another tube!
I would definitely recommend giving this ago if you haven't tried hot cloth cleansers before as the results for me were better than expected and for the prices I think it's worth it! I want to try out some more of the soap and glory skincare range!

Have you tried this or any of the soap and glory face range?

Hope your all having a lovely day!

If I Follow The Light That I Deem The Brightest

Today's NOTD is a mix of Barry M in flamingo and this Barry M glitter in pink Sapphire. My friend Katie bought me this for Christmas and I completely forgot about it, but after stumbling upon it whilst attempting to tidy, I had to give it a try. I absolutely love this glitter polish, I don't know why I didn't use it once I got it! Its so pretty with its chunky pink and silver glitter pieces, I want to see what it would be like over a more neutral colour see if I can build it up even more. I think Barry M's polishes are just so good for the price, by far one of my favourite drug store nail polish brand! Today I've had a hectic day trying to help my sister get more wedding things sorted, I can't believe its 9 weeks away, its scary!

Hope your all having a lovely day!

Homeware Haul

Hello Sweeties,

This year I've decided that this will be the year I redecorate my room! I've always wanted to redo it, but always seem to push it to one side and forget about it really, so this year it shall be re vamped. I already started getting a few new bits and pieces.

 Duvet Cover £29.99 £14.99

Tea Light Holders £0.49p

Firstly I popped to Home base and picked up this lovely quilt cover for £14.99 reduced from £29.99, it has a lovely patchwork pattern on. I was really surprise that is was reduced so I had to snap one up! I also picked up a few of these cute little star tea light holders, I have so many tea lights but no tea light holders!

I then popped to Primark and got a few things from the home selection.

£1.00
First of all I picked up this little love sign, I wanted a bigger one of these but I thought for a £1 I'm sure I can find a home for it.

£2.70
I was looking at a patchwork throw for £15 but then realized that I had already got a patch work quilt, it was lovely but there would of been far to much patchwork going on. So I opted for this simple one, which actually has a really pretty laser cut edge and for £2.70 a complete bargain!

£5

I wanted to get some more cushions for my bed so I picked up this little Love cushion which is really cute, and I love floral print! It will go nicely with my new duvet cover! I also picked up some pink pillow cases for £1.70 but I seemed to have misplaced them baffling considering my rooms not that big, silly me!

So there are a few little things I got for my room, hopefully I'll have a few more home wear post to show you how I'm getting on with the decorating!

Hope you all having a lovely day!

Watch Those Fools Run They Tear Apart Their Ragged Hearts

Hello Lovelies,

A massive hello to all you new followers and thank you to getting me to 110 followers, I really can't believe it! Thank you so much you amazing bunch, has truly made my day!

Today I'm wearing this midi dress from Primark for £10, utter bargain! I wasn't sure about the midi dress but I'd seen this on a few hauls and outfit post, and it looked so lovely on and for £10 who can say no! I'm so glad I picked this up, I absolutely love it! I'm not usually one to wear dresses but I really like the length on this and how its quite flattering also I really like the kind of subtle strips on the dress. Definitely need to pick up a few more midi dresses! I teamed it with my trusty £1 Primark spike necklace which I've worn so much. Primark have some lovely stuff at the minute, so definitely hit your nearest shop! On nails I have my Models Own Hedonist and on my lips I dabbed a little bit of Kate Moss 110 from the matte collection to add a small pop of colour to the outfit. I also chucked my hair up into a top not, I've been quite lazy with my hair lately as I've been trying not using much heat on my hair, as well its not in the best state it could be, but its feel a lot better not using straighteners on it every day!

Hope your all having a nice day!
